Sales Assistant - Wholesale

Location: Tangshan, Hebei (1 position), Shanghai (1 position)

The candidate must:

  1. Be a college graduate.
  2. Have at least 2 years work experience.
  3. Be fluent in English and Chinese both in conversation and writing.
  4. Be proficient with Microsoft Office software & Photoshop, & other PC tools.
  5. Have a strong interest in product design and the luxury products market.
  6. Looks for and embraces challenges, and has a dynamic, hard-working, responsible character with good communication & strong team-work skills.


Main responsibilities:

  1. Assisting the sales team with sales and marketing related activities.
  2. Coordinating activities between the sales department and the factory's production managers to ensure accurate and on-time order delivery.
  3. Assist with other administrative activities in the office.

Location: Shanghai

The candidate must:

  1. Be a college graduate.
  2. Have at least 2 years retail sales experience preferably in high-end products.
  3. Be fluent in English and Chinese both in conversation and writing,
  4. Have a good command of PC skills.
  5. Have a strong interest in product design and the luxury products market.
  6. Looks for and embraces challenges, and has a dynamic, hard-working, responsible character with good communication & strong team-work skills.


Main responsibilities:

  1. Effectively communicate accurate product knowledge & discern customer needs.
  2. Help Store Manager with daily sales report, stock control, merchandising, and any other activities at the store.
  3. Work closely with main office sales team.
